Travel Bug

It’s about that time of the month for me to travel again. My last official trip was in June for over a week, and this time will be for about five days. The best part is I’ll be going to two different places. Although I love to travel, there comes a time when I feel reluctant to because of the many humdrums. Getting on and off the plane, catching the taxi, checking in and out of the hotel, ugh not forgetting the luggage! After awhile it gets quite mundane.

I mostly travel within the country however whenever I’m lucky I get to explore other parts of the world, and that’s a rarity. Hence, if I do get the chance I make sure it’s worthwhile. Since this trip is more than two days, I’ll be lugging my laptop with me. I’ll be able to finish off some pending work whenever I’m free as I’ll be in meetings all day long, check emails and also blog.

The next couple of weeks will be extremely hectic for me as I have work to be done and exhibitions to attend. I’d like to see myself in a productive mode as it builds the confidence in my work and it also show my ability to work efficiently.

Anyhow, I’ll be leaving tomorrow morning and I haven’t even packed because I’ve so busy running around with daily grind and entertaining friends after work hours.

Maybe, just maybe I’ll blog from my first stop, which really isn’t that all enthralling. I’ve never actually been around the area but I’ll try to find my way around and see what I can find.
