Roaring Weekend

August 14, 2007 | Category: Sights & Sounds

It has been awhile since I had a really, I mean really eventful weekend. I had a blast this weekend. Reasons why:

1. Kit Feng is back from Vietnam for 10 days!
2. Another friend from KL (works in and out KK) is in town too.
3. We were at KK’s first Jazz Festival. (sorry no photos)
4. We went to the ZOO! (well, it’s really called the Wildlife Park; which sounds better & eco-friendly)
5. Three of us babysat a really mature and cute 7 year old. (a girl of course!)
6. We all went bowling after donkey years.
7. We went shopping with a 7 year old! We all got her a nice pink blouse from Island Shop, a cute hairband with pink butterfly to go with her blouse and a fetching teddy named Ted (apparently Ted’s a girl!)

I’m too lazy to post every single photo (as usual) so since Scrapblog is so awesome, I decided to use that instead. I believe photos tells us a million stories so you go figure it out for yourselves, okay?

It took three of you to babysit one mature little girl?

How many of you does it take to babysit a less mature little girl?

Dermot: We more or less ‘entertained‘ her by bringing her to the zoo and other places. Maybe I used the wrong word, in some ways she’s independent. :)
