Enough Is Enough

I finally decided to stop being so emo. I’m tired and it’s really getting old. I’m switching over a new leaf, although I can’t guarantee melancholy wouldn’t strike every once in a blue moon. Life’s like that I suppose. Whatever it is, I want to enjoy as much as I can from now on. I’ve decided on a few things I want to do in my life.

Besides, if I don’t move on now my friends are not going to stop breathing down my neck. “We want you to be happy. It kills us to see you unhappy, especially after what happened. We know deep down you love him and you’re missing him but we don’t care, we want our chirpy Dee back!” Sometimes my girlfriends are so amazing, we all might as well just turn lesbians. :)

“Whatever will be will be, the future’s not ours to see. Que sera sera.”

I must admit this song annoys the hell out of me but there is some truth in it. We can’t tell what will happen in the next hour, so whatever happens accept it with grace and appreciate. Although we all love the drama, even if it was about something really trivial.

I’m glad I’m getting my long deserve break soon. I so need a change of scenery and that new scent of fresh air.

Enough is enough, I don’t want to be a sad sod anymore.

    Hi dear… guess you can’t squeeze out all the emo-ness immediately but I’m glad you’re making the decision to move on and to do the things that make you happy. Sometimes I also think it’s easier to be lesbian leh ;-)

    Dermot: Hehe, and why not the lesbian part? I thought all men have this fantasy about lesbians.

    Irene: True, true. This melancholy comes and goes, and it’s all due to umm..you know lar. But believe me, lesbians relationships are as bad. Really, my friend is in one and boy, I sure do not want to be in her shoes right now.

    Not all men. Men have this notion that lesbians would be exciting but they generally haven’t thought it through, after all they’re lesbians, they’ll only be interested in each other not the man, and just watching other people having fun and not being able to take part is a bit boring!
