Random Turn of Events

The muscle & joint on my shoulder is aching. I can hardly have my head tilting to the back. It has this numbing ache and even when I try to turn my head to the right, I can feel it stretching and it hurts at the same time. I suddenly feel old and frail. I wonder, would I be experiencing aches and pains like this all over my body when I turn 80? It isn’t a very good feeling innit? No, it’s not.

Lunching is beginning to be a chore, especially when I’m in the office. It’s bad enough that the food in the cafeteria ain’t that great but having lunch alone sucks. Yes, as many friends I have in my life I always have lunch alone in my office. Pathetic innit? I can’t even begin to describe the feeling, although I am acknowledging the fact that I’d rather have lunch alone now; having my alone time.

For the past couple of nights, I’ve been hanging out alot with a group of new friends. They are quite an awesome bunch I must say. In fact, one of them kept dropping hints about hiring me for a new business they are going to start here in Kota Kinabalu. It’s very hush hush at the moment as they are still trying to get their business plan together and what not but they seem very serious about it. If it does work out I might just quit this job. No really. I’m not kidding. Honestly, it may not be something glamorous but I’d be the one running the show and I still get to travel. What do you reckon?

We meet new aquaintances everyday but it’s not so often we get to connect with people and create an everlasting bond. I’m glad to say that I’ve had that with Kelli. She’s become one of the most special people in my life.

I’m thinking of starting a small business. I’ve no idea exactly what yet although I have listed a few possibilities. Once a decision has been made I will mention it, with hopes that you will be able to convey it to your family and friends. But of course, depending on the nature of the business you may be able to buy if from me directly, via online or just a phone call away.

My brain has come to a halt now. Nothing else I think I want to say or express. Probably you should say something instead.
