It’s My Blog
May 23, 2006 | Category: Reflections & Musings
On most occassions, I merely blog for stress release or to express whatever I was feeling at that moment. Personally, I find it very therapeutic and it helps with what I’m going through, afterall it is a weblog. However, that art of expression of mine has somehow or rather irritated some blogger(s).
According to this post, whatever that I’ve blogged or going to blog about is mengarut. I’m not the only one who’s been targeted in this post, unfortunately there are a couple others too. Fireangelism who’s been accused of partying too much, The Hustler Diaries for promoting too much porn stories, The Yoga Instructor for encouraging good health and even the ever fantabulous Bryan Boy is guilty for being himself. I’m not too bothered about it although I do want to say a few sweet nothings to this blogger.
Maybe you’d like to stop being so self-righteous and get a life? I’m wondering why did you ever drop by this wonderful blog of mine anyways. Isn’t it easier just to say tak nak? On the other hand, I’m actually quite flattered that my blog is in one of your most least favourite blogs to read. In fact, you might want to stick to your own flock when it comes to reading happy porn free blogs written by extremely sober bloggers.
All this just had to come to one conclusion isn’t it? Isn’t blogging all about freedom of speech? It’s revolting having people telling other people who they should be or what they should and shouldn’t blog or talk about. It’s disheartening to know that these kind of people are out there, making such a parody of themselves. Is it really necessary for one to attack on another just because one blogs about his or her sexual encounters or is a wild party animal? Now I got someone telling me that I shouldn’t blog whatever I’m feeling or thinking? It’s not like every other blog isn’t blogging about the same lame joke or promoting peace and what not.
I’d like to highlight one interesting disclaimer on this blogger’s blog.
this is a space for us to spill anything out. we CAN SAY WHATEVER we want . this blog is NOT SUITABLE for NARROW-MINDED people. if u cant HANDLE THE TRUTH & NOT MATURE ENUFF, i suggest u click the [X] button on top. cuppish
Now if you read carefully, it said
this blog is NOT SUITABLE for NARROW-MINDED people.
Who’s being NARROW-MINDED if you may please say so? Open minded people IMHO don’t jaga tepi kain orang lain. Open minded people also don’t go around flaming other bloggers for no reason whatsoever (unless I’ve offended you in other blogs). Open minded people are people who reads whatever crap or entertain there is on the Internet, be it porn or not.
I can’t handle what truth? Do you even know the truth behind the post that we blogged about? Has God given you the gift of knowing the truth?
Oh, I’m mature enough to take each and every snide remark from you. Unfortunately, some of you aren’t mature enough to accept the fact that we have a life to blog about rather then those bigots who has nothing else better to do but blog about other people’s life.
Seriously, shame on you. You have a nice day now, y’hear.

on May 24th, 2006People read what we write and assume that that is all there is to our life. There are so many things that are left unsaid and untold.
For example, I once blogged about my chat convo with a guy, and this person came telling me that she cannot believe that I am the same JoMel that she once knew.
Hello??? Do you think that my life revolves around this chat that I was posting up as just one of my tiny entry? This chat which so happens to take place for only 2 minutes out of the 24 hours of that particular day of my 31 and a half years of life? And you judge me based on that 2 minutes of my encounter which I chose to share in my blog?
See Dee, people like that are just not worth our time and energy. Don’t you agree?

on May 26th, 2006I’ve always maintained that if someone doesn’t like what I write/blog about they are welcome to bugger off. That’s the beauty part of blogging - no one is forced to read something they don’t like.
BUT if they still insist on reading and then passing judgement on someone’s life/experiences/viewpoints/opinions, then that just makes them Trolls.
And as we all know, Trolls are just a bunch of attention whores.
And that’s my 2 cents on that.

Thanks for your two cents. I’m well aware of the so called trolls. Just thought I blow off some steam, afterall it has been awhile since I ranted.
